Take I-26 or I-40 to Asheville, North Carolina. Exit all interstates to I-240 East. Exit 4-C on I-240 East and follow signs to Asheville Civic Center. Loading area is located off of Haywood Street.

-Metered lots on Lexington Avenue and Grove Street.
-Private lots across from and adjacent to the center.

Charge:
-Special event parking is $7 for all garages.
-Private lots are $5-$7 per event.
-Accessible parking is available all along surrounding streets.

Public Transportation:

Accessible by downtown bus. Schedules are available at the public library and other public buildings

Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster are available 90 minutes prior to event. All other tickets are available at different times depending on event/who leaves the tickets.

NO Smoking inside the Civic Center, Patrons must exit through the front door to access the outdoor smoking deck.

There is no minimum age for admission to an event, but parents should consider the appropriateness of the event to their child's age and be prepared to be responsible for their child's behavior.

Miscellaneous:

ATM's are located next to the front door on Haywood Street.

Pay Phones are located outside the building.

The Arena can host private events such as trade shows, conferences, etc. In its exhibition and banquet halls.


**CONCESSIONS- Concessions are subject to change depending on event. Snacks/Beverages (Pizza, Hot Dogs, Chips, etc) are served during major events, Including alcohol. Concession stands are located in upper and lower levels

**GROUP SALES- Discounts if any vary by event. Patrons shoud call 828-259-5736 for policy on a given event. Groups usually require a minimum of 20 people.
