Directions

FROM SOUTH : Take I-95 Northbound to I-395 to Miami Beach. Follow signs to Alton Road North. Once on Alton Road make a right turn on 17th Street. The Fillmore is on the corner of 17th and Washington Ave and will be on your left side.

FROM NORTH : Take I-95 Southbound to I-195 East (exit 4) to Miami Beach. Follow signs to Alton Road South. Once on Alton Road make a left turn on North Michigan Ave. Make your first left onto Dade Blvd. Make your third right onto Washington Ave, The Fillmore is on the corner of Washington Ave and 17th St. and will be on your right side.


Parking

VALET - $15.00 plus gratuity (cash only) - Entrance is on Washington Ave. Pull into the circle driveway (Jackie Gleason Dr) to the valet stand. Valet opens approximately 2.5 hours prior to show scheduled start time and closes after the show concludes. Valet is open for most ticketed concerts on the main stage, however valet parking may not be available for all events at The Fillmore Miami Beach. Please check directly with the venue a few days prior to the scheduled event.

There are large municipal parking garages located nearby. Prices vary from one lot to the next.

This is a general information line and the main office number for all Fillmore offices. This is not a charge by phone number and reps are not able to assist in the purchase of tickets.

Mon-Fri 11am - 6pm
The Box Office will open at 10:00 am when Fillmore Miami Beach shows are scheduled for public on sale (does not include pre sales)
Saturday and Sunday of show days only starting at 12:00 pm until approximately 30 minutes after scheduled start time of event..

Box Office remains open on weekday evenings of concerts until approximately 30 minutes after the main act takes the stage.

Fillmore Miami Beach box office has a $5.00 per ticket service charge for most events.
The Fillmore Miami Beach box office has a ticket re-print charge of $5.00 per ticket. This includes ticket-fast (print at home) orders. If you selected ticket-fast options and are not able to print your tickets at home, you must call 800-653-8000 in advance of the show to make alternate arrangments. please have your order id number ready.

Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed tickets CANNOT be replaced.

PHOTO ID is REQUIRED for all credit card purchases.
No personal checks, money orders accepted
Box office does not accept Ticketmaster gift cards.

Accessible Seating

This is an accessible venue. for general admission shows, please purchase a general admission ticket and the venue will make best accommodations at the time of arrival to the venue. The Fillmore Miami Beach is equipped with elevators and escalators as well as ramps on some levels of the venue.
The Fillmore Miami Beach does not have wheelchairs available for patrons to use/borrow.
The Fillmore Miami Beach does not have assisted hearing devices at this time.
For inquiries into a sign interpreted show, please contact the venue at 305-673-7300 during regular business hours at least 3 weeks prior to any performance to inquire about sign interpreted availability.

Miscellaneous

The Fillmore Miami Beach main entrance is located on Washington Ave.
Gleason Room (backstage events) entrance is located on the 17th Street side of the building. From the main front doors proceed to your left and follow the path along the side of the theater to the entrance.
Box Office entrance is located on the 17Th St. side of the building. from the main front doors proceed to your left.


Treat Street is open and available for most events at the Fillmore Miami Beach serving Hot Dogs, Empanadas, Italian Sausage, Pretzels, Popcorn, Nachos and various candies. Soda, Water and other non-alcoholic beverages also available for purchase. (specific food items can vary slightly from show to show)
The Fillmore Miami Beach has many bars open for most events as well. most of the bars accept cash and credit cards.
