Broadway Series Shows:

early 60 minutes prior to curtain. Customer must present credit card used for the purchase, photo ID, and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.

General Events:
Tickets held for Will Call can be picked up as early as 90 minutes prior to event at the front entrance of the Theatre. The customer must present actual credit card, photo ID, and Ticketmaster order number.
