Will Call:

For Cincinnati Reds games:
Will Call is located at the Ticket Office behind Home Plate and opens 1 hour prior to game time. Customer must present credit card used for the purchase, photo I.D., and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.

For other events:
Will Call is located at the main Box Office and opens 1 hour prior to event. Customer must present physical credit card used for the purchase, photo ID of individual picking up tickets, and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.
