How do I gift my tickets?
You can gift your tickets by using Ticket Transfer.

Is there a fee to gift tickets?
No, gifting tickets is free for both sender and recipient!

Can I gift tickets on my phone?
Yep! Transfer tickets with our free app or directly from My Account. Don't have the app? Get it on the iTunes App Store or Google Play.

Can I gift tickets immediately after purchase?
Yes, here’s how:
- Go to Order History in My Ticketmaster.
- Click the order number, then click the "Transfer Tickets" button.
- Enter the recipient’s name and email, select the tickets you want to transfer, and you’re done!

How will I know when someone accepts my gift?
You can check transfer status in three simple steps:
- Go to Order History in My Ticketmaster.
- Click the order number.
- Click "Transfer Status" at top left.
Also, we’ll email you when recipients accept transfers. Note: Once recipients accept, the original tickets are voided.

Can I gift tickets to several people at the same time?
For now you can only transfer tickets to one recipient at a time, however you can transfer more than one ticket to the same recipient. Once you’ve completed a transfer, just click the "Transfer More Tickets" button to start a transfer for someone new.

Can I cancel a gift?
Yes, if the recipient hasn’t accepted the transfer yet:
- Go to Order History in My Ticketmaster.
- Click the order number.
- Click "Cancel Transfer" at top left.
The recipient will get a cancelation email.

Can I get tickets back after someone has accepted them?
While you can’t undo a ticket transfer after it has been accepted, the recipient can simply transfer the tickets back to you.

What should I do if someone doesn’t respond to my gift?
We’ll email them a reminder 48 hours before the event. You should also contact them yourself.
If they can’t use the tickets, you can cancel the transfer and transfer the tickets to someone else:
- Go to Order History in My Ticketmaster.
- Click the order number.
- Click "Cancel Transfer" at top left.

What if I gift a ticket to someone who doesn’t want it?
You can cancel the transfer if the recipient hasn’t accepted it:
- Go to Order History in My Ticketmaster.
- Click the order number.
- Click "Cancel Transfer" at top left.

I gifted a ticket for the wrong seat. What do I do?
You can cancel the transfer if the recipient hasn’t accepted it:
- Go to Order History in My Ticketmaster.
- Click the order number.
- Click "Cancel Transfer" at top left.
Once the transfer has been canceled, just select the correct seat and transfer that ticket.
If the recipient has already accepted the wrong seat, ask them to transfer the ticket back to you.

Can I gift tickets right before an event?
Yes, you can transfer tickets anytime before the event starts.

Can I gift anything besides tickets, like parking?
Rules vary by event. To check the items you can transfer for your event, go to Order History in My Ticketmaster and click the order number. You’ll see a list of the things you can transfer.
NOTE: Merchandise and event ticket insurance CANNOT be transferred.
