TicketFast + Mobile Entry FAQ for Fans

• 1. What is TicketFast + Mobile Entry?

  It's your tickets, your way:

  Print at home OR get in with your smartphone. You decide!

  Just remember: While you can print the same ticket you put on your phone, the first one scanned at the venue is the only one that will work.

• 2. How do I get in with my smartphone (mobile entry)?

  First choose the TicketFast + Mobile Entry delivery option when you buy your ticket (available for select events).

  Then get the FREE Ticketmaster app:

  Download the app on your smartphone and go to Orders → My Tickets to view your ticket.

  Or get in without the app:

  Sign in to My Ticketmaster on your smartphone, select your order, and bookmark your ticket.

  Important: you can view/bookmark your ticket before the event to save it on your phone so you're good to go at the venue, even without a signal!

• 3. Is TicketFast + Mobile Entry available for all events?

  Not all venues offer TicketFast + Mobile Entry ... yet. But we're working on that!

• 4. What do I do if I can't I see the ticket I just bought on my phone?

  If you're using the app, make sure you have the latest version installed. If that doesn't work, try signing out and then signing back in.

  Not using the app? Sign out of My Ticketmaster and sign back in.

  If you still don't see your ticket, Fan Support may know if there's a temporary system issue.

• 5. Why can't I see the ticket I bookmarked on my phone?

  It could be you deleted the bookmark by clearing your browser history. Just go online, open the bookmark, and hit refresh.

  Important: ensure your ticket is on your phone at the event – wait till after the event to clear your browser history.

• 6. Can I use TicketFast + Mobile Entry if I'm buying tickets for friends?

  Yes, and you have a few ways to get their tickets to them!

  If the venue offers Ticket Transfer you can forward tickets to friends before the event. To check if Ticket Transfer is available for your event, go to Order History in My Ticketmaster from your PC, click the order number, and look for the "Transfer Tickets" button. If you don't see the button, Ticket Transfer is not available.

  If Ticket Transfer isn't an option...

  You can print TicketFast tickets and give them to your friends. Go to Order History in My Ticketmaster from your PC, click the order number, and click "View & Print Tickets".

  Or you can just keep the tickets on your phone and scroll through them at the venue to get everyone in as a group.

• 7. What if my ticket won't scan at the venue?

  Turn the screen brightness up all the way. If that doesn't work, they'll get you in by entering the number below the barcode manually.
