NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted. This package is WILL-CALL ONLY*, the original YOLO & HYFR package purchaser & all members of the party must be in attendance at the time of pick-up & enter the venue together. Will-call tickets may only be picked up at the venue the evening of the event by the original package purchaser, valid ID required. Please note the backstage tour will take place prior to the show, so please plan on early arrival. Venue exit & re-entry may not be permitted. At packager's discretion, exclusive merchandise item will either be shipped directly to the address provided at purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted) or available for pick-up the night of the show. If shipped, delivery of merchandise could occur after the event date. Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show. Collectible laminate is commemorative only & does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas. Offer is limited to US & Canadian addresses only. Packager is unable to ship outside of the US, Canada or to PO boxes.
