Joachim Splichal's newest restaurant concept, eat. on sunset, is a stylish neighborhood restaurant, where the decor is sleek, the attitude is casual, and the menu features modern American favorites. Formerly the home of Pinot Hollywood, the new eat. on sunset welcomes guests for business lunches, family dinners and late-night noshing on the patio or in the cool and contemporary dining rooms. The menu features vibrant American cuisine that reflects Splichal's own whimsical style, and offers something to satisfy every craving.

1st Course:
Tempura squash blossoms with ricotta, roasted garlic and tomato fondu.

Oak grilled prime hanger steak with frites a la maison and sauce béarnaise.
