Packages are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances. Non-VIP ticket holders will NOT be allowed into the Meet & Greet. Your tickets are WILL CALL ONLY and will be available at the box office on the day of your event.* The physical items in the package MAY be mailed to you separately to the address provided during purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted). Delivery of merchandise MAY occur after the event date. Please allow up to 30 days after your event date to receive your package elements. Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show. You will receive an email from ground(ctrl) approximately two (2) days before the performance date with instructions for the Meet & Greet and fulfillment of the package items.
