How to Obtain Your Tickets and Room Key
A representative from The Pageant will email you at the address used to place your Ticketmaster order to confirm your reservation within approximately a week after the package goes off sale. If you have any questions about your package, please feel free to contact Amanda at groupsales@thepageant.com.
DO NOT CALL THE MOONRISE HOTEL. They can not confirm your reservation. They can not reserve your tickets.
DO NOT RESERVE A HOTEL ROOM YOURSELF. We arrange for the hotel room reservation when we receive your order from Ticketmaster. Reserving the hotel room yourself will result in a duplicate reservation. Your room keys and concert tickets will be waiting for you at the Moonrise Hotel front desk after 3pm on the day of the show. A photo ID is required to claim your tickets and check in to your room. Tickets CAN NOT be picked up before this time.
