Please note that you will be contacted via email approximately one week prior to show date with details about your package elements. All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted. Merchandise item will either be shipped directly to the address provided at purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted) or available for pick-up the night of the show. If shipped, delivery of merchandise will arrive after the show. Please allow a minimum of 30 days after your show date to receive your package elements. Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show. Collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas. Offer is limited to US and Canadian addresses only. Packager is unable to ship outside of the US, Canada or to PO Boxes. The 11/17 show in Arkansas is a Paperless Ticketed event. You will need to bring the credit card you purchased your VIP Packages with to receive your ticket.
