Meet & Greet Package: You will be contacted via email approx. 1 week prior to show date with details about your package elements. Package elements are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted. This package is WILL-CALL ONLY*, the original Meet & Greet package purchaser & all members of the party must be in attendance at the time of pick-up & enter the venue together. Will-call tickets may only be picked up at the venue the evening of the event by the original package purchaser, valid ID required. Venue exit & re-entry may not be permitted. At packager's discretion, exclusive merchandise item will either be shipped directly to the address provided at purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted) or available for pick-up the night of the show. If shipped, delivery of merchandise could occur after the event date. Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show.
