Eligibility: Promotion open to legal residents (natural persons only) of: a) the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; & b) Canada (excluding Quebec), who have reached the age of majority at time of entry in their province or territory of residence at time of entry. Persons who at any time have had high school (within the last 5 years), college (varsity or junior varsity at any time) or professional (receiving any form of compensation for playing at any time) basketball experience whether in the U.S., Canada, or elsewhere are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Quebec & where prohibited by law. Employees of NBA Properties, Inc. ("Sponsor"), NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the National Basketball Association & its member teams, America Online, Inc., Ticketmaster, Turner Network Television LP, LLLP, TBS Superstation, Inc. or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, or Project Support Team, Inc. ("PST") ("Released Parties"), or the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any of the forgoing are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable national, state, provincial & local laws & regulations apply.

Three Ways To Participate: 1.) Automatically receive one Promotion entry for each purchase of 2003-2004 NBA regular season game ticket(s) placed in one of two ways between 12:00:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/28/03 & 11:59:59PM ET on 11/29/03 ("Promotion Period"): a.) online at http://www.ticketmaster.com or http://www.NBA.com and/or b.) by calling Ticketmaster Charge By Phone at 1-800-4NBA-TIX. You will receive one automatic entry per transaction regardless of the number of tickets purchased in said transaction; 2.) Receive one Entry Form (while supplies last) for each purchase of 2003-2004 NBA regular season game ticket(s) at an NBA Team Box Office during the Promotion Period, complete the Entry Form according to the instructions provided, & mail it (see below for mail-in deadlines) to the address specified to receive one Promotion entry; or 3.) To enter without making a purchase, hand print your name, complete mailing address, date of birth, & telephone number on a plain 3"x 5" piece of paper & mail it to: NBA I Love This Game Promotion, P.O. Box 14073, Bridgeport, CT 06673-4073. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each entry (Entry Form and/or 3"x 5") must be mailed separately to be received by 12/5/03. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, postage-due or mutilated entries, entry forms, transaction information, or mail; failures or malfunctions of phones, phonelines or telephone systems; lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; inaudible or incomplete entries or communications; Ticketmaster personnel or other errors; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic or otherwise.

Judging: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/8/03 from among all eligible entries received by PST, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final & binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The first randomly selected potential Grand Prize winner that answers a telephone call placed by PST notifying him/her of his/her potential winning status will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility & the terms of these Official Rules. Messages will not be left on answering machines or with live persons. Potential First & Second Prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail. If a Canadian resident is selected as a potential winner, to be eligible to receive prize, he/she will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone. Except as set forth above for potential Grand Prize winner notification purposes, if the selected Canadian entrant at issue cannot be reached by telephone within (72) hours of first attempt to administer skill-testing question, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed, as applicable, the person named on the applicable entry (Entry Form and/or 3"x 5") or the primary account holder named on the credit card accessed during the Ticketmaster transaction online or by phone as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said online transaction was submitted (subject to verification of eligibility & the terms of these Official Rules). Limit one prize per person, immediate family, email address, or household.

Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: 4-day/3-night trip for two to Minnesota between 12/16/03 & 12/19/03 consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest to winner's residence in the U.S. or Canada, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from the airport & the applicable hotel, a $1,000 NBA.com Store Gift Certificate, two tickets to the Minnesota Timberwolves home game versus the Dallas Mavericks on 12/18/03, the opportunity for winner to participate in the NBA I Love This Game Promotion Million Dollar Shot ("Shot") during half time at said game, & a coaching session for winner with Steve Kerr not to exceed one hour in duration. The Shot will occur in three distinct phases. Phase #1: Grand Prize winner ("Contestant") will shoot one NBA men's regulation size basketball ("basketball") from anywhere on the court of winner's choosing and will receive $10,000 (regardless of whether or not this shot is successful). Phase #2: Contestant will receive the opportunity to shoot one basketball from the NBA three-point line in front of basket (approximately 23 feet 9 inches) for the chance to win an additional $50,000. Phase #3: If the three-point shot is successful, Contestant will be given the option to either take the $50,000 or relinquish the $50,000 in its entirety in exchange for the opportunity to shoot one basketball from the half-court line in front of basket (approximately 47 feet) for the chance to win $1,000,000. Contestant must make his/her decision to shoot at each Phase within thirty seconds following Sponsor posing said option, &, if Contestant does not respond in said timeframe, opportunity to shoot will be forfeited in its entirety. Contestant will only receive prize that he/she has already qualified for. Only one shot will be permitted during each Phase outlined above, & Contestant's feet may not cross the line designated by Sponsor while standing on the floor prior to release of the basketball during each shot outlined in Phase #2 & Phase #3 above. Only if the Contestant makes the basket in Phase #2 or Phase #3 above will he/she win the designated prize amount for that shot. If three-point shot and/or half-court shot are not successful, Contestant will receive a $1,000 consolation prize. Contestant must participate in at least one shot in order to receive consolation prize. Shot elements are at sole discretion of the Sponsor, & all applicable shots must be taken in the sequence & timeframe specified by Sponsor. Except as set forth above in Phase #1, exact position of shots shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Contestant will not be permitted any practice or make-up shots, & Contestant may not substitute a third party to take shot(s) on his/her behalf (Maximum Approximate Retail Value "ARV" of Grand Prize=$1,014,000 U.S.). Actual value of travel portion of prize may vary depending on winner's city of departure. Exact nature of activities & other components of Grand Prize shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel & accommodation restrictions apply. Travel & hotel arrangements to be determined by Sponsor. Winner & guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Trip must be taken on dates & times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety & may be awarded to an alternate winner. If the Minnesota Timberwolves home game versus the Dallas Mavericks on 12/18/03 is canceled or postponed for any reason, Grand Prize trip will be re-scheduled in its entirety & Contestant will be flown to a location designated by Sponsor where he/she will participate in the Shot activities described above. During Shot activities, Contestant may not wear or otherwise display the corporate or commercial identification of any third party without the prior consent of Sponsor & may be required to wear NBA product/apparel as directed by Sponsor. (10) First Prizes: $1,000 NBA.com Store Gift Certificate (ARV=$1,000U.S.). (100) Second Prizes: $100 NBA.com Store Gift Certificate & (1) year-long subscription to Inside Stuff (7 issues) (ARV= $125U.S.). Gift Certificate restrictions may apply. Maximum total ARV of all prizes=$1,036,500U.S.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize (or portion of prize) unavailability, & then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Federal, state, provincial & local taxes, including but not limited to any applicable income or withholding taxes, Customs duties or like fees & all other costs & expenses not specified herein as included in a prize are winners' sole responsibility. Potential Grand & First Prize winners will be required to execute & return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release within 3 days of issuance of notification & will be required to supply his/her Social Security Number or Social Insurance Number therein for tax purposes. Grand Prize traveling companion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will also be required to sign & return a Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification & awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize winner & his/her traveling companion agree to comply with all NBA & team arena rules & regulations relating to the use of NBA game tickets &, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, said potential winner will be disqualified & an alternate potential winner will be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person & void any entries of any person who it believes has tampered with the entry process, the operation of NBA.com, or any other component of this Promotion, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Promotion, or who is in violation of these Official Rules & 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion &, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, award prizes & the opportunity to take Shot from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & agree that: 1.) Released Parties & their designees & assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such entrant's name, voice, city, state, province and/or territory of residence, biographical information, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting their name on NBA.com and/or for TV or radio broadcasts and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification & 2.) Released Parties & all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives & agents shall have no liability & will be released & held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or other prize activities related thereto including participation in Shot activities) or participation in this Promotion.
