Print-at-Home
Print-at-Home is the most convenient way of receiving your tickets. For online orders: When you're ready to print your tickets, click the "Print my tickets" link in your confirmation email, log in to Ticketmaster.com and click the View & Print Tickets button on the Order Detail page. Not only will you get your tickets right away, but you can print them out any time before the event.

Print-at-Home is available for billing addresses in the U.S. only.

Purchase your ticket(s). - Print
For online orders: When you're ready to print your tickets, click the "Print my tickets" link in your confirmation email, log in to Ticketmaster.com and click the View & Print Tickets button on the Order Detail page. All you'll need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0. or higher. (If you don't have it, download it for free.)
For phone orders: Tickets will be e-mailed to you as an attached PDF. Save the attachment onto your computer. You now have your ticket stored. Print them at your convenience. All you'll need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0. or higher. (If you don't have it, download it for free.) - Enjoy
At the venue, your tickets will be scanned at the gate for entry into the event. Enjoy!
Q. Are there benefits to choosing Print-at-Home?
A. Yes! Convenience.
- You get your tickets right away, without waiting in will call lines or for mail delivery.
- You print them out anytime. No more worrying about misplacing your tickets!
- You can forward them to others attending the event so they can print their own tickets and meet you at your seats.
Q. Which email from Ticketmaster contains my Print-at-Home tickets?
A. For online orders: You will receive one confirmation e-mail with a link to pick up your tickets. Your Print-at-Home tickets are available for web pickup by logging into your My Ticketmaster account on Ticketmaster.com
For phone orders: When you select Print-at-Home as your delivery method during purchase, you'll get two e-mails. The first is your order confirmation e-mail. This e-mail only confirms your order and may not be used for entry into the event. Shortly after, you'll get another e-mail containing your Print-at-Home ticket(s) as a PDF attachment. You must open the attachment and print out the ticket(s) for entry into the event.
Q. Do I need any special hardware or software to use Print-at-Home?
A. You probably already have everything you need. All you need are:
- Printer - Any ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print Print-at-Home tickets. Use 8.5" x 11" size plain white paper for best results. (If you're unsure of your printer's resolution/dpi, check the printer manual.).
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. If you do not have it, download it now for free.
Q. Will this ticket be accepted for entry into the event?
A. Yes!
The ticket that is printed through your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! Click here to see what your printed Print-at-Home ticket should look like.
Q. What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?
A. Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry.
Make sure you keep the printed ticket in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, the purchaser's name and the last four-digits of the credit card used to make the purchase is on each ticket.
Q. Why isn't Print-at-Home available for all events?
A. Only venues with the appropriate scanning equipment can offer Print-at-Home.
We are working on increasing venue and event participation, and availability is increasing every day.
Q. What if I cannot print my tickets?
A. Check to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 (Free) or higher.
- Make sure your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer.
- Make sure your computer has enough memory available; try closing any unnecessary programs.

Q. What if I get disconnected or experience other problems?
A. Choose one that applies to you:
I still haven't received my tickets yet.
- Go to your Ticketmaster Account and check your order.
- If your order is not on file, contact us for help.
Q. What if I did not receive my confirmation e-mail?
A. If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail, please contact us so we can help you with your order.
For online orders: While your confirmation e-mail contains the link to pick up your tickets, you can also pick up your tickets by simply logging into your Ticketmaster.com account.
Q. What if my tickets are stolen?
A. Contact us and we will help you with your order.
Q. What if the background for my tickets prints, but not the ticket information (i.e. event, seats)?
A. Try this:
- Open the .pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Select "File," then "Print" from the top menu.
- In the printer window, check the box that states "Print As Image," then click "Okay."
- Still unable to print? Contact us for help.
Q. Is Print-at-Home only available for online orders?
A. If available for the event, you can select Print-at-Home for online as well as phone orders.

Q. If I order multiple tickets on a single order, how many emails will I get?
A. For online orders: You will receive one confirmation e-mail with a link to pick up your tickets.
Simply log in to Ticketmaster.com and click the View & Print tickets button. All tickets will be contained in the same PDF file with one ticket per page.
For phone orders: You will receive one confirmation e-mail plus one e-mail with a PDF attachment containing all tickets purchased for that order. The PDF file will have multiple pages with one ticket per page. Please note that if you place an additional order for more tickets to the same event, you will receive another set of e-mails.
Q. If I order multiple tickets for multiple events, how many emails will I get?
A. For online orders: You will receive one confirmation e-mail with a link to pick up your tickets. Simply log in to Ticketmaster.com and click the View & Print tickets button. Each event will have its own View and Print tickets button.
For phone orders: You will receive one confirmation e-mail plus one e-mail with a PDF attachment for each event.
For example, if you purchase one Portland Trail Blazers vs. Charlotte Bobcats game and one Portland Trail Blazers vs. Boston Celtics game within the same order, you will receive one confirmation e-mail, an e-mail with one PDF attachment for the Portland Trail Blazer vs. Charlotte Bobcats game and another e-mail with another PDF attachment for the Portland Trail Blazers vs. Boston Celtics game, for a total of three e-mails.
Q. If I purchase parking together with my tickets, how many emails will I get?
A. For online orders: You will receive one confirmation e-mail with a link to pick up your tickets.
Simply log in to Ticketmaster.com and click the View & Print tickets button. There will be two View & Print tickets buttons--one for the game and one for your parking.
For phone orders: You will receive three e-mails: one confirmation e-mail, one e-mail with a PDF attachment containing tickets to the event, and an additional e-mail with a PDF attachment for your parking. Your tickets and parking will not be contained in the same PDF attachment.
