The following options are available for most events:*

Print-at-Home

Print your tickets right away, or whenever you're ready, from a link in your confirmation email or My Ticketmaster account.

US Mail

Get your tickets in 10-14 days, delivered in a plain white envelope.

Credit Card Entry

Your credit card is your "ticket" to the event (offered by artists or promoters on select events only).

Will Call

Pick up your tickets at the box office before the show; you'll need your photo ID and credit card.

Retail Pickup

Choose a location close to home, work, or the venue, and pick up your tickets at your convenience.

UPS

US only; select 2 business days (morning or evening), 3 business days (evening), or Saturday delivery. You'll get a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
