Retail Location Pickup

If you choose Retail Location Pickup, please be aware that only the person whose name appears on the credit card used to make the purchase can pick up the tickets. The cardholder must present the order number, a valid government issued picture I.D., and the credit card used to place the order.

Please note, in preparation for will call on the event date, some venues may print tickets that have not been picked up at a retail location. If you intend to pick up your tickets on the date of the event, you may go directly to the venue box office and they will be printed for you.
