Edit Profile

To edit your profile, simply log in to your account and click on the Edit Profile link. You'll be able to change your email address, password, and adjust your home zip code, which will set your email preferences to that city

Manage Email Notifications

The Manage My Alerts page allows you to customize the Ticketmaster Alerts and Notifications that you receive.

As a Ticketmaster member, these notifications give you access to information about upcoming tours and events, special ticket offers, exclusive pre-sales and more! Check out the Manage My Alerts page to see our offerings and to sign up for the information you'd like to receive.

You may choose to unsubscribe from any notification at any time. To unsubscribe, simply click on the "Manage My Alerts" link and follow the instructions. You may also unsubscribe by clicking the link found at the bottom of each notification.

Closing an Account
