Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Tickets
If the tickets you bought online or by phone are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us - our Fan Support team is happy to help! Make sure you have your order confirmation number or the credit card used for purchase handy.
By the way, we print on heat-sensitive paper so if your tickets turned black they were likely placed in a hot spot. No need to keep them in the refrigerator, but please be careful of direct sunlight, etc.
For damaged or destroyed TicketFast (print-at-home) tickets, just print again from the link in your confirmation email or your My Ticketmaster account.
