Different combinations of delivery methods may be offered, depending on factors that include the venue or country where the event is to be held, the country in which you live, how much time is left before the event starts, whether it is a holiday season and the nature of the demand for the event. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process.

Generally, some of the following delivery methods may be offered, subject to additional restrictions some of which are described further below:

• Standard Mail - for events that occur in Canada or the United States, but only if you make your ticket order at a time that is sufficiently before the date of the event. If the event is in the United States, then you will only be able to use this method if you have a United States or Canadian billing address.
  
  
• TicketFast® - for events that occur in Canada or the United States if the venue has installed and enabled equipment necessary to support this technology. If the event is in Canada, then only customers with Canada or United States billing addresses may be able to use this method. If the event is in the United States, then only customers with United States billing addresses may be able to use this method.
  
  
• Will Call - for events that occur in Canada or the United States.
  
  
• Canada Post Priority Courier - for events that occur in Canada, but only for purchasers who use a Canadian billing address.
  
  
• FedEx - for events that occur in Canada, but only for purchasers who use a United States billing address.
  
  
• Ticket Centre Pick up - for events that occur in Canada, you can pick up your tickets at a Canadian Ticket Centre. This delivery method is not offered for United States events or at United States Ticket Centres.
  
  
• UPS - for events that occur in the United States, but only for purchasers who use a United States billing address.
  
  
• Retail Location Pickup - for events that occur in United States, you can pick up your tickets at a United States Retail Location.
  
  
• Paperless Ticket - this may be the only delivery option available for some events that occur in the United States.
  
  
• Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses - for events that occur in the United States, tickets can be delivered to an Armed Forces billing address via standard mail. You may also choose to print tickets at home using TicketFast®, or pick up tickets at will call, provided that these delivery options are available for your event. If you will be in the general surrounding area of the venue prior to the event date and Retail Location Pickup is also an available delivery option, you may pick up your tickets in person at one of our participating Retail Locations. Orders shipped via UPS cannot be delivered to a P. O. Box or APO/FPO address.

For security purposes, we can only ship tickets to the billing address on file with the credit card company that is used for your purchase.
