Canada Post Priority Courier for Events Occurring in Canada

Canada Post Priority Courier allows you to receive tickets to Canadian events if you have a Canadian billing address. Canada Post Priority Courier can only be used for events that occur in Canada, and cannot be used to send you tickets if you do not have a Canadian billing address. Canada Post Priority Courier packages are sent only to your verified billing address in Canada and cannot be sent to the United States or to any other country. Couriered orders are delivered between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday only, and not on holidays. An adult must be present to sign for the ticket order. In the event no adult is available or there is no one home at time of delivery, a notice of delivery card will be left to inform customers that a courier item is awaiting pickup from their local post office. If you have not received your tickets and your event is less than two business days away, please contact Canadian customer service.

FedEx for Events Occurring in Canada

FedEx allows you to receive tickets to Canadian events if you have a United States billing address. FedEx can only be used for events that occur in Canada, and cannot be used to send you tickets if you do not have a United States billing address. FedEx packages are sent only to your verified billing address in the United States and cannot be sent to Canada or to any other country. FedEx orders are delivered between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday only, and not on holidays. An adult must be present to sign for the ticket order. In the event no adult is available or there is no one home at time of delivery, a notice of delivery card will be left to inform customers that a FedEx item is awaiting pickup from their local FedEx depot. We cannot deliver tickets to P.O. Boxes or Rural Route addresses via FedEx. If you have a P.O. Box or Rural Route address, please select another delivery option. If you have not received your tickets and your event is less than two business days away, please contact Canadian customer service.
