1. Where can the Gift Card be used?
The Ticketmaster Gift Card can be used for purchases online at www.ticketmaster.com, at participating authorized retail outlets and venue box offices. The Gift Card may not be redeemable at all Ticketmaster retail outlets or venue box offices. Please check your local outlet or venue about their Gift Card redemption policy.
2. What can the Gift Card be used for?
The Gift Card can be used towards the purchase of most of the tickets, and many of the associated services, sold through Ticketmaster. However, the Gift Card cannot be used for certain types of tickets or tickets to certain types of events or for tickets to events that are not in the United States or Canada. For example, currently the Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Major League Baseball tickets through the Internet or automated phone system, but can be used to purchase Major League Baseball tickets through Ticketmaster's live operator phone lines or in-store retail outlets. The Gift Card can, however, be used to purchase most other types of tickets through the Internet, phones and retail outlets.
3. How do I check the balance on a Gift Card?
Check your Gift Card balance online at https://www.ticketmaster.com/giftcards/balance_inquiry or by calling 1-866-828-4400. You must have your Gift Card and PIN number available.
4. What happens if a Card becomes lost or stolen?
The Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
5. Do Gift Cards have expiration dates?
The Gift Card has no expiration date. However, in certain states, after a certain period of time, we may remit the cash associated with unused Gift Card balances to certain states pursuant to their abandoned property laws. Once we have remitted that cash to such a state, if someone tries to redeem the Gift Card, it may no longer be redeemed and we may direct them to that state's government instead.
6. Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except in the ten states where it is required by law to the extent noted below: California, Montana, Washington, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Oregon. If you are a resident of one of these states, and the balance on your Ticketmaster gift card is less than the respective dollar amount below, you may redeem it for cash:

We'll verify your address, confirm that your gift card balance qualifies you for redemption, and send you a check for the exact amount in the envelope provided. If your gift card balance is equal to or greater than the cap, or we can't verify your residency, we'll return your gift card in the envelope provided.
7. Am I required to pay any additional fees if I purchase Ticketmaster gift cards in bulk?
There are no additional fees aside from the cost of shipping. Ticketmaster offers UPS overnight or 2-day delivery. Shipping charges vary depending on the number of cards in an order.
8. How long will it take to receive my bulk gift card order?
Order processing takes up to 7 business days from the date payment is received. Ticketmaster will not begin to process an order until it is paid for in full. Please note that during the 2-3 weeks before Christmas, delivery times may be longer and cannot be guaranteed.
9. What gift card denominations are available for bulk purchases?
Ticketmaster gift card denominations are typically $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $250. For orders of 100 cards or more that meet the minimum bulk order requirement of $2,500, Ticketmaster can issue gift cards in any denomination from $5 up to $999.
10. What payment methods are accepted for bulk gift card purchases?
Ticketmaster accepts American Express (The Official Card of Ticketmaster), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, ACH/Wire and Check. Ticketmaster can generate invoices upon request.
11. Can I receive my bulk gift cards electronically?
Yes, in lieu of physical gift cards, Ticketmaster can provide an Excel spreadsheet that lists the gift card numbers and accompanying PIN numbers.
12. Can I mention Ticketmaster and/or Ticketmaster gift cards in any promotional materials?
Yes, but you must obtain Ticketmaster's permission to do so. First, you must fill out and submit Ticketmaster's standard Trade Mark Usage Agreement which is subject to approval by Ticketmaster. Any subsequent usage of Ticketmaster's name, mark or logo must be approved in advance in writing by Ticketmaster.
