To better accommodate your needs, Valley View Casino Center formerly the San Diego Sports Arena has requested that all special seating accommodations be solicited only through their representatives.

Accessible seating is available at the Center. Availability of locations is dependent upon seating configurations. For availability and exact locations based on a particular event please contact the Valley View Casino Center Box Office at (619) 224-4171 ext 322 or by visiting the box office in person.

Assisted listening devices are available with a picture ID as a deposit, at the Guest Services Desk located in the outer concourse at Section 4. The devices should be reserved in advance by calling (619)-224-4171 ext 322.

Sign Language Interpreters can be provided by the Center. Requests should be made prior to the first day the event is put on sale to the public or a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date. Every attempt will be made to schedule an interpreter if the request is submitted less then 30 days.

Service Hours:

10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 10-3 Saturday. Closed Sunday, unless there is an event, in which case the box office opens at noon. The Box Office is also open after regular hours for the night of an event in which tickets are sold for only that event. If you are calling the venue for ADA seats, the hours are Monday - Friday, 11am-4pm.
