To purchase your American Express® Preferred Seating tickets online:
- In the "Enter offer code/password" prompt, if you are a Domestic Card member, enter the 10-digit Customer Service phone number located on the back of your Card. If you are an International Card member, enter your promotional code.
- Click “OK” to apply your password and browse preferred seats directly on the seat map.
- To complete your purchase, click on your desired seats and proceed to Checkout.
- Enter the quantity of tickets desired in the "American Express® Preferred Seating" prompt.
- In the "enter password" prompt, if you are a Domestic Card member, enter the 10-digit Customer Service phone number located on the back of your Card. If you are an International Card member, enter your promotional code.
- Submit your request. (click "Look for Tickets" button)
Please note that the tickets available through the American Express® Preferred Seating program are available exclusively for qualifying Card members at no additional cost.
