Great performances. Venue, not so much.

However, as fun as it was, the seating could not have been more uncomfortable—hard, metal bleacher benches. And the overall venue looked very high school gymnasium, not what I would have expected for an international tournament. Food and beverage services were also lacking for the size of the audience. The line-up between matches for mediocre food was impossible to service in the time allotted. And parking was also too limited. This should be a real draw, and a rare opportunity to cheer on the best of Canada, but the site investment needs to be there.
