Ticketmaster offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans for eligible employees and their dependants, including domestic partners.

Additional benefits provided at no cost to the employee include life insurance, AD&D, disability insurance, business travel accident insurance, employee matching gift program, and flexible spending accounts (FSA).

Ticketmaster also provides many voluntary benefits including a group legal plan, voluntary life, group auto and home insurance, and a pet care discount plan.

Vacation
Work-life balance is very important at Ticketmaster. All full-time Ticketmaster employees start with 3 weeks vacation.

Tuition Reimbursement
Our tuition reimbursement program provides up to $2,000.00 of assistance for certificate and undergraduate courses and up to $4,000.00 for graduate level study annually.

Medical and Dental Insurance
In most locations employees may chose from a Blue Cross/Blue Shield Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), two Aetna Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO), Aetna's HealthFund (a consumer driven health plan), a "best in class" HMO, or a catastrophic plan to cover medical insurance.

Ticketmaster offers Aetna PPO Dental Plan across the nation. In many locations the Aetna Dental HMO is also available. A VSP vision plan is offered at an additional cost and the Vision One Discount Program is also available to employees that enroll in any of the Aetna health plans at no additional cost.

401K with employer match!
Ticketmaster offers a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan that allows eligible employees to contribute both pre-tax and after-tax dollars toward their retirement. The plan contains a range of investment choices and an employer match! The plan also accepts rollover funds from qualified plans. The company match is fully vested after 2 years of service.

Flexible Spending Account
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) provide employees the opportunity to contribute pretax dollars to a health and/or dependant care spending accounts.

Life Insurance
Ticketmaster offers basic life insurance and AD&D cost free. Employees may purchase additional life for themselves or for their spouse/domestic partner and children.

Disability Insurance
Ticketmaster offers both a long term and short term disability plan. This benefit is provided at no cost to eligible employees and supplements your income should you become disabled.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP offers a range of confidential services that can help you resolve your personal concerns, so you can be your best at work or home. Among other things, the EAP can help you with work stress, family/parenting concerns, coping with change, grief or bereavement.
