The auction will benefit the following charities:

• Mississippi Hurricane Recovery Fund - The Mississippi Hurricane Recovery Fund has been set up by Governor Haley Barbour to serve as the state's central clearinghouse for corporations, organizations, and individuals to donate to the hundreds of thousands of Mississippians who are recovering and preparing to rebuild from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.


• Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation - To stay alive, children with juvenile diabetes must take up to six insulin injections every day. By supporting JDRF's mission to find a cure you won't only be saving children, you will be saving childhoods. JDRF is closer now than ever to finding a cure. Your donation will make a dramatic impact as JDRF moves life altering research out of the lab and into human clinical trials.


• St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - St. Jude is unlike any other pediatric treatment and research facility anywhere. • United Negro College Fund - The United Negro College Fund (UNCF) is the nation's largest, oldest, most successful and most comprehensive minority higher education assistance organization. UNCF provides operating funds and technology enhancement services for 39 member historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), scholarships and internships for students at about 900 institutions and faculty and administrative professional training.

NOTE: Will Call prior to the show is the only delivery option for this auction. Tickets and package are non-transferable. Name of winner will be used for Will Call and a valid photo ID will be required for receipt of tickets and passes. Meet and greet session will take place after the show and attendees must present both their show tickets and meet and greet passes in order to attend. Please be aware that there may be a wait prior to the start of the meet and greet session. Photos will be allowed during the meet and greet session and participants can bring one item for autographing. Only Gibson and Epiphone guitars can be signed during the meet and greet. The valid winning bidder will be contacted by an artist representative once successful payment has been confirmed at the auction's close.
