Multiple bids prohibited.
In this auction, you cannot have more than one valid bid at a time using the same credit card number or Ticketmaster account.
Increasing your bid amount cancels your previous bid.
If you rebid, your new bid for the higher amount is considered your bid, and your previous bid is no longer valid.
No cancellations.
Once you submit a bid, you may not cancel or revoke it. However, you may increase your bid at any time before the auction ends.
Bid Ranking:
Bids are ranked first by the amount bid per ticket. In case of a tie, bids are ranked by the time that the bids were placed, with earlier bids for the same amount receiving priority. If other bidders later submit higher bids, your bid may be reassigned to a lower Ticket Group or you may receive no tickets at all, depending on the quantities of tickets in those bids and in the Ticket Groups.
Payment:
If you have a valid winning bid when the auction ends, you agree to pay, and your credit card will be charged 1) a per ticket price equal to the amount of your winning bid, 2) a delivery fee (if applicable), and 3) a processing fee.
The auction is also subject to the Auction Terms and the Ticketmaster Policies which shall be considered part of the auction rules.
Wheelchair seating is reserved for the exclusive use of disabled patrons and their guests and the purchase or use of these seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and can result in ejection and/or forfeiture of ticket price. If the disabled individual cannot attend an event for which he/she has purchased tickets, call the Disabled Services Department prior to the event taking place for further instructions.
MADISON SQUARE GARDEN WHEELCHAIR SEATING POLICY:
You may choose from two types of Accessible seating: Wheelchair or Wheelchair Transfer.
Only one Wheelchair (your wheelchair used as seat) with one companion ticket can be purchased per transaction. Only one Wheelchair Transfer (transfer from your wheelchair to an aisle seat) with one companion ticket can be purchased per transaction. Any additional companion seats must be purchased in a separate transaction using the Standard Admission.
Tickets for people with accessible needs, subject to availability, may be purchased in several ways:
1) Order Online - To order online:
a) Get to the order form for the event you wish to purchase.
b) When the order form is displayed, choose the type (Wheelchair OR Wheelchair Transfer) and quantity (1 or 2) of tickets you desire.
c) Select the section and delivery method, then press the "Look for Tickets" Button.
2) Call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000.
3) Call Madison Square Garden's Accessible Services Department at (212)465-6034.
4) Visit Madison Square Garden's Box Office.
