The traffic to get in and out of the stadium was horrendous. The food options once in the stadium was horrendous. The Ushers were incompetent and horrendous! Overall, a horrendous experience.
The only is I wish cash would have been accepted, I do not like always having to use my card.
Game was great seats good. Ticket Master forced use of cell phone for tickets sucks. Also selling reserve seats that includes two events where the second event is General Admission is not so bright. People in front of me had reserve tickets for first game and when the second game was to start other people showed up with reserved seats for an event that were GA for the same seats numbers. That is stupid. That is how arguments and fights start. Games Great but not due to Ticketmaster.
This game is always a blast every year and it is fun to meet the players and their families. It's cool to look back and remember seeing these guys play at this game when they're playing in college and the NFL years later.
The location Alamodome was excellent. The event personnel were very helpful. The game was exciting. Really appreciated being allowed on the field after the game.
The low rating comes from the staff not having a clue the boundaries of GA seats. Nor did they have these areas roped off and enough staff to manage them. I sat for almost 30 minutes in the wrong section when I could have gotten a better seat in the appropriate area.
I have been coming to this game every year, since 2008. They FINALLY, FINALLY realized that using multiple ramps onto the field for the autograph session after the game was needed. You used to have ONE ramp for 30,000 people .... yes, it was bananas. The flow of the game, festivities, etc were all top notch again. This was my daughters 1st game and she had a BLAST! She's a big Univ of Miami fan so she got to meet some future Canes out there. GREAT JOB GUYS! SUCCESSFUL EVENT!!!! GO CANES!
The game was fun and exciting. The best part was at the end of the game they open the gates to get autographs from the new recruits. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 star, there was no seating arrangements. All the seats say plaza level, but once you get there, the ushers are pointing you in all different directions. Little secret, get there early, you can get first-row seats, just don't leave for halftime or the ushers will block you from going back.
This was my 5th year in a row and I look forward to this game every year. The event is put on very professionally and is enjoyable and entertaining. Highly recommended if you are a fan of football, especially college football!
Good game, enjoyed watching the All-Americans play.
