Absinthe at Caesars Palace
"If you only see one show in your entire life, make it Absinthe!" - Huffington Post
Having opened at Caesars Palace Las Vegas in 2011, Absinthe was recently named "the #1 greatest show in Las Vegas history" by Las Vegas Weekly.
Hosted by the filthy rich (and just plain filthy) Gazillionaire and inspired by the absinthe-drenched cabarets of late 19th century Europe, Absinthe is an intoxicating cocktail of circus, burlesque and vaudeville for a 21st century audience. "Imagine Cirque du Soleil as channeled through The Rocky Horror Picture Show," said The New York Times.
Grab a drink and enter Spiegelworld's wondrous tent, an immersive adult playground where the artists of Absinthe perform on the most intimate stage in town. Not for the faint-hearted, these ridiculously talented and sexy performers from across the globe mix outrageous comedy with jaw-dropping feats of virtuosity and danger.
Absinthe is for ages 18 and above.

A little bit of everything Funny Sexy Intriguing Raunchy Wish it was longer, seemed like a blink of my eye and it was over. Best thing we did in Vegas
This was definitely an amazing show for adults! The acts were insane. Giving 4 stars because the co-host was a bit much. People laughed, but she was cringe.
The main acts of the show were amazing performers with incredible strength, artistry and overall entertainment!! Seeing them is worth the downside to the show. The MC had some funny moments poking fun at close by audience members but he and Wanda took their dialogue to vulgar. Specifically, Wanda with her unicorn and Angela Lansbury skits were over the top and not funny.
I’ve seen this show couple of times now. I like the previews acts from the past! Specially in 2014This time I was expecting it would get better and better, but I'm not impressed. I'm just being honest!
Absinthe was funny, sexy, a bit ranchy, and very entertaining. This was our first night in Vegas and were exhausted from travel. The show was so engaging we did not even think about being tired, which says a lot. Well worth it and get a table for seats if you can. The seats are folding chairs if not a table. Well worth it for comfort.
It was the worst show on the strip! Out of the 3 shows we saw while there this was the most expensive and least entertaining
Absinthe bills itself as basically a risque circus. It tries too hard to be raunchy and risque and comes off as a feigned attempt at humor. The comedy in between the circus acts is presented by the "Gazillionaire"and Wanda and is something that should just be cut from the show completely, but that would just leave some basic circus acts which are impressive, but something most of us have seen before. Really, your time and money are better spent going to one of the many Cirque du Soleil shows in Vegas and not this.
This is a tremendous show, small venue, dark, authentic, funny, energetic. One of the best shows I’ve seen in Vegas. Highly recommended!
...and now for something completely different, go experience the Absinthe show under the Big Top tent at Caesar's Palaca, Vegas. This fast-moving, fully entertaining, calvacade of artistry was great Adult-themed entertainment. FUN in capital letters!
