Oh yeah.
Delmar Hall - Saint Louis
The performance by Nick Lowe was extraordinary. His band Los Straightjackets made for s perfect pairing. The show was aided by a great sound system that made the vocals sparkling clear. I B Bach!

Good show
Delmar Hall - Saint Louis
I pretty much own every record that Nick has put out, so I am not an unbiased observer… I’ve seen him multiple times and this show like all the others was a good one, although I cannot say in all honesty it was the best one I’ve seen… from my part, I thought the Setlist was a little too similar to the one he played when I saw him last and given the breath of his career, I would’ve hoped he would’ve mixed it up a little bit more. Felt very bookend-ish with most songs from early Nick and more recent Nick, with a relative void in the middle. I love Los Straitjackets, but I do wish that Nick had an organist with him, as the organ has played such a large part in many of his songs over the entire span of his career.

Fun times with an old Rocker
Delmar Hall - Saint Louis
Nick was his old self. The Los Straitjackets can really help lay and have fun doing it.

Love Nick, the venue not so much
Bowery Ballroom - New York
While an intimate inexpensive place to see a show the Bowery Ballroom is my least favorite place. It’s cramped , very few seats (reserved for VIPs) and if you’re short cannot see anything. Nick and Los straitjackets are fun but I saw them at the Beacon which while bigger has seats for everyone. Never again.

A fantastic evening, as usual
Bowery Ballroom - New York
I have seen Nick Lowe quite a few times over the years and he never disappoints. He always chooses a good mix of old & new songs, keeps his audience engaged, and truly seems to be having fun up there. The addition of Los Straitjackets just amped up the fun for me. They are fantastic guitarists and great showmen, playing down and dirty surf rock with a Celine Dion tune or some other surprise thrown in. I'm so glad Nick is still out touring. His voice is as smooth as ever and his energy is positive. I always leave smiling.

A nice night
Bowery Ballroom - New York
I’ve followed Nick Lowe since the ‘80’s. I saw him open for Elvis Costello at South Street last year. I had a great time. When I saw he was playing NYC this year I jumped on tickets Bowery Ballroom was A great venue. Simple to get to, easy to see the stage. Very intimate. Great time. Nick put on an awesome show.

Bowery Ballroom - New York
Great songs, great performance. Nick is a pro; engaging, funny, great voice and guitar. The unlikely pairing with the brilliantly talented Los Straitjackets is somehow perfect. I will take every opportunity to see him/them in the future.

Phony Start Time
Bowery Ballroom - New York
I didn’t appreciate being told that the start time was 7 PM, and upon arrival, seeing a piece of paper on the door saying that the venue was open at seven (to sell drinks), and that Nick Lowe would go on at 8:15 PM.
