Great show... Eric has quite the stage presence and can really kick some ass on that steel guitar.

    WOW!!!!!

    by 1ncebitten on 8/25/09Knickerbockers - Lincoln

We saw Eric walk in, I waved to him and he came up and shook my hand and greeted me as if he knew me. A very genuine human being, kind, gracious and unpretentious. But when he came out on the stage with the amazing bass player and the remarkable dummer (Paul and Scott, I think), a totally different man stood before us, raw, raucous, vicious rifts exploded from the group. There were less than 50 people in the audience but Eric and the guys played as if the stadium was packed! WOW!!!! Smokin' solos, searing sequences, great music. I can't believe people aren't lined up for blocks to see these guys! Excellent Musicians!!!

    Great Show But....

by TimSardinasFan on 8/24/09Knickerbockers - Lincoln

I love Eric Sardinas, he puts all his energy into his music no matter how many people are there. But....if Knickerbockers says the show will start at 9 p.m., then maybe it should start at 9. The opening act didn't come on until 9:30 and they played for an hour! Eric and the band didn't get on stage until 11 pm. Kinda annoying for those of of who had to be at work at 6 am the next day. Show was great, he's the man on guitar, the venue...terrible.

    Just like that!

by okgringo on 7/18/09House of Blues Chicago - Chicago

This was pretty much the same setlist with a few additions/omissions here and there as the last time I saw these guys. It was at a different venue, which makes that okay from my point of view. I paid ten dollars for my ticket, which for the money, made this show one to remember. I would rather see these guys for ten bucks every day for two weeks than spend a fortune on Sir Elton at Wrigley field, even though they are a whole 'nother ball game. In closing, bring some beer money and get down to whiskey in the parking lot... you'll have fun no matter what you do.

    ERIC SARDINAS IS JUST UNREAL

by SDBlueslover on 7/17/09Coach House - Capistrano - San Juan Capistrano

So good, it's stupid. His playing is so raw, so emotional and so powerful, yet then he can turn it down and play a true, masterful cover of something as complex as a Robert Johnson song. And an engaging showman as well. If you can't have fun watching this guy play, you can't have fun! And like most great bluesmen, you can't "get" Eric Sardinas from listening to his CDs. Well worth the price of a ticket. I hope he plays forever!
