The Membership Rewards Program and Ticketmaster make it easier for you to see some of this year's most exciting concerts, live shows, and sporting events. Now you can redeem Membership Rewards points for tickets to virtually all events at many of the top venues across the country including Madison Square Garden, STAPLES Center, The Fillmore and many more.

How to Redeem

  1. Select the event you wish to attend. Follow the usual steps to purchase your tickets.
  2. When you are prompted to select your payment method, look for the option to use Membership Rewards points to purchase tickets right below it.
  3. You MUST check the box that says "YES, I would like to use Membership Rewards points for this order".
  4. You will have to enter your 4 digit CID number in order to verify your point balance.
  5. You will then be given the option to choose the amount of points you wish to apply for the order.
  6. The actual number of Membership Rewards points needed to redeem this reward will vary based on the price of ticket(s) you select to purchase at Ticketmaster.
  7. You will be informed of the actual number of points needed prior to completing the redemption on the Ticketmaster website. However, your Card will remain charged for either part or the full value of the purchase depending on how many points you decide to use towards the transaction.

Restrictions

  • To qualify, you must be enrolled in the Membership Rewards program.
  • You may have enough points to cover a portion of the ticket cost (minimum 2,000 points) or use your points to cover the entire cost of the transaction.
  • Your account must be in good standing.
  • Orders failing to qualify will remain charged on the Card and are valid and subject to the venue's and Ticketmaster's no refund/no exchange policy. Unsure of your Membership Rewards points balance? Please contact American Express at 1-800-297-3276.
  • Corporate Cardmembers with only the Corporate Card enrolled in the program may not redeem for this reward.
