Redeem Membership Rewards® Points

Turn points into tickets!

You can use Membership Rewards points for most events on Ticketmaster.com, and on many of those events there's a Check Points button so you can easily see how many points you have before you search for tickets.

Note: If you don't see the Check Points button you may still be able to use Membership Rewards points for that event - just look for the Membership Rewards points checkbox on the payment page during checkout!

You redeem points after you purchase - here's how it works:

  1. Check the Membership Rewards points box on the payment page during checkout: YES, I would like to redeem Membership Rewards points for this order. (Your American Express Card® will be charged for the total ticket purchase.)
  2. On the confirmation page, enter your 4-digit security code to verify your point balance; if you have more than one American Express Card please make sure the code matches the Card on file for your Ticketmaster account!
  3. Choose how many points you want to use (minimum: 2,000). You'll get a confirmation email that includes the dollar amount American Express will credit your Card account.

You can't use Corporate Cards for this reward

For now you can't use Membership Rewards points to buy resale tickets (tickets sold by fans and other sellers) for TM+ events, but we're working on it

If your order doesn't qualify (e.g., you don't have the minimum 2,000 points), your Card will remain charged

If your order is refunded for any reason you'll get an automatic credit on your Card for the purchase, but you'll need to call Membership Rewards at 1-800-AXP-EARN (297-3276) to restore the points
