Zak Waters knew he was meant to be a performer since high school, writing original material and playing gigs in his native Los Angeles before even graduating. Although his 2011 debut EP New Normal wasn't an initial hit, it still garnered attention from DJ sensation Madeon, who tapped Waters to write and sing on his dance track "The City," a No. 1 hit on the Hype Machine. Since then he's had his hand in a number of musical projects, collaborating with fellow artist Candyland, playing for a packed house during his residency at The Satellite LA, and showcasing his production chops on remixes with Pharrell Williams and Benny Benassi. Hot off the heels of his stint as an opening act on Betty Who's exciting US tour, Waters keeps the energy high as he hits the road for a string of headlining tour dates, sharing his fresh tracks with enthused ticket buyers.
