    Always a blast

by YuleDogFan on 12/13/10Mercury Lounge - New York

I've lost track of how many times i've seen this show. It's become an annual tradition. The band's lineup is comprised of indie-rock royalty in NY. Members of Lifeguard Nights, Wormburner, The Bogmen, The Knockout Drops, Acquiesce, Booga Sugar, Radio 4 all band together to create the Yule Dogs. The set is comprised of classic Christmas hymnals, rock n roll christmas songs, and original holiday songs that are now classic themselves. It's a wonderful night of revelry.

Yule Dogs - Best show at Merc all year!!!

by SStephens on 12/13/10Mercury Lounge - New York

All bands were awesome. The energy onstage was remarkable which was conveyed by the whole audience. One of the most fun shows I have been to in a long time. This show would sell out multiple nights.

    Wormburner was on Fire!

by dcWormburnerFan on 12/13/10Mercury Lounge - New York

Annual Xmas show was great as usual. Lifeguard Nights was tight and rocking but I wished they would have played some songs from their earlier CD. Wormburner was the hit of the evening. Their set got the place jumping. Hank the lead singer was cooking. His vocals were inspirational and got the crowd fist pumping. The band was on fire! I hope they play in the City soon again.
