About

From selling albums to selling tickets, southern rap phenom Young Buck gained mainstream credibility after joining up with rap giant 50 Cent's groundbreaking G-Unit crew. In 2004, Young Buck's "Straight Outta Cashville" was released and debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, selling 261,000 copies in its first week. Now certified Platinum by the RIAA, hits like"Shorty Wanna Ride," "Let Me In" and "Look at Me Now," featuring such hip hop powerhouses like Lil' Flip, David Banner and Ludacris, has made for an energetic and thoroughly enjoyable concert going experience. When you add to the mix Young Buck's latest street album release, “Back on My Buck Sh--, Vol. 2,” featuring such salutes to the streets as “Got Me One,” Buck's live stage show gets elevated to a whole new level.

Now releasing albums under his own label, Cashville Records, Young Buck's first break came when he was given the chance to impress Cash Money Records co-founder Brian "Baby" Williams. Upon meeting him, Buck was signed to his first major deal and instantly began to tour with the Birdman. Young Buck then had a short stint with the group, UTP Playas, before moving on to join G-Unit. Aside from Young Buck's first studio release in 2004, he has released one other studio album, “Buck the World,” in 2007. In addition, the rap artist has released four independent albums aside from “Back on My Buck Sh--, Vol. 2.” These titles include 2002's “Born to be a Thug,” its 2005 follow up “T.I.P.,” 2007's “They Don't Bother Me” and 2010's “The Rehab.” From swag to style, Young Buck is the type of artist who is always at the top of his game, especially when he hits the stage.

It got to 12:30a.m. and he still wasn't there. Living in the real world and being up for work at 5a.m. Monday morning my friend and I couldn't wait any longer and left. Very disappointed and not what we expected.
