YOU ME AT SIX:
Riding high on the success of their first US headlining tour, British pop punk band You Me at Six head stateside once again in 2014 for another round of adrenalin-filled shows. Whether they're tearing through original material like "Reckless" or covering Lady Gaga's "Poker Face," the band's razor-sharp playing and singer Josh Franceschi's inimitable vocals make for an electric live experience. With the release of fourth album Cavalier Youth in early 2014, the band is primed to deliver big on their upcoming tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Formed in Surrey, England, in 2004, You Me at Six honed their sound for four years before making their album debut in 2008 with Take Off Your Colours. The record spawned six singles, earning them a supporting slot on tour with Fall Out Boy and firmly establishing them as one the UK's biggest up-and-coming pop punk bands. The band continued their rise with 2010 follow-up Hold Me Down, which landed at No. 5 on the UK albums and became the focus of their rollicking sets on the 2010 Vans Warped Tour. Following their first US headlining tour in 2013, the band found their first significant US chart traction, topping both the UK Albums chart and the US Heatseakers Albums chart with 2014's Cavalier Youth.

I saw these boys in concert in September 2022 as an opening act for One Ok Rock in Philadelphia. Let me tell you, I was blown away. I grew up in the 80[s with Duran Duran, George Michael and Queen. These guys are now ranked up there with One Ok Rock and the others on my favorites list on Amazon Music. I can't go a day without their music. I sincerely hope that they return to the states soon, in particular Northeast PA.

Went for a friend and couldn’t really understand what they were saying which is a venue problem and not a artist thing. Band was very interactive and entertaining. I’d see them again
It was a great show! Both You Me At Six and Dreamers were amazing! The Bronze Peacock is tiny, which for me is a big plus. My only complaint is completely unrelated to the bands themselves: the bar is ridiculously overpriced.
My friends went to go drop off my drunk friend at her house and told the jumper that he was gonna come back but the jumper was being a dick and said yes than 10mjns later to drop her off home cuz she doesn’t live far from it they had told him no.
The show was great and the band never fails to put on an amazing show. The openers, machineheart and Dreamers were pretty good, as well.

I was delighted by my first visit to the Brighton Music Hall. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and open. I was excited by the decently priced drinks, and the ID check at the door. It was much more convenient than having to constantly take out my ID from my wallet like at some other venues in the area. I liked the layout of the club as well. No matter where you were standing, you had a great visual of the artists and the stage. It was fun between sets to go over to the artists and talk behind the stage, over by the pool table. It was a great date night for me and my husband, and we are planning to return to this venue in the near future.
