This was a great show by a amazing artist. My only suggestion would be to forbid texting during the event. We had 3 texting addicts in the row in front of us and actually had to move because it was so annoying having to see their bright screens in a otherwise dark room, very distracting.
Yasmin Levy was wonderful. It would have nice for those of us who have anticipated her US return not to have had to negotiate the opening act. They were nice and competent, but too loud and amateurish in their set up. Persian music may be an acquired taste. When we arrived, a little tardy having come from Hollywood, our seats were occupied by people who did not have tickets for them. It was so nice of them to keep them warm for us. It was also so Middle East to have to ask members of the audience to defer their conversations to the artists onstage. Again, Yasmin is wonderful and the evening would have been better if it had been only she.
Yasmin Levy was absolutely amazing! Her music, voice, presence and songs were incredible!
