    Devil Makes Three/Yard Dogs

by ColoradoAnonymous on 10/11/10Ogden Theatre - Denver

Wonderful show! Went to see Devil Makes Three (which was great by the way) and had never heard of the Yard Dogs Road Show before. I was pleasantly surprised, as Yard Dogs put on an amazing show. My only complaint is how short the Devil Makes Three set was, but the crowd was great, the show was great, and I had a fantastic time!

    Yard Dogs NEVER disappoint!

by Anonymous on 10/11/10Ogden Theatre - Denver

The Yard Dogs once again were total entertainment. I think it would be pretty hard to find someone who was not entertained by a show like this. This is the 4th time I have seen them and I will continue to see them each time they come. They present what I would call a One Of A Kind Show - it is simply amazing. The ladies of the show bring me back again and again - and I'm a 53 year old straight woman! The guys are good, and the drummer and the horns are excellent. The comedy is cute, but the blues-singing and the dancing girls are the absolute tops in my book. I am a follower of Devotchka, which is how i found YDRS. I will never forget how blown away I was the first time I saw the YDRS and it has been just as good each time!

Where did the chicken come from?!

by Anonymous on 10/10/10Ogden Theatre - Denver

This show was amazing. We went to see The Devil Makes 3, and had no idea about Yard dog. We were a little disappointed with the length of DM3 set, but they ran through like a well oiled machine. We didn't stop dancing at all. After set break, I spent the next hour and a half having my mind blown. The yard dog road show was compelling, funny, suggestive, scary at times, and just over all impressive. It's just something every person should see. Unless you don't like to have a good time.

YDRS put on another great show!

by Anonymous on 10/10/10Ogden Theatre - Denver

This was my second time seeing the Yard Dogs Road Show and I was not disappointed! They put on another stellar show that was entertaining in every way. I'm consistently amazed at the talent of each member of the band. I can't wait to see them the next time they come through Denver!

Yard Dogs Road Show is a visual & auditory delight

by WBDD on 10/6/10Masquerade - Atlanta

The Yard Dogs Road Show was everything I had wanted it to be and more. I loved the way they mixed so much up and came out with a perfect blend of entertainment. Very creative. Very talented. Very entertaining. I will not miss an opportunity to see them again in the future. I recommend their performance to others enthusiastically and without reservation. I do wish there had been more seating. We had great seats right at the side of the stage, but we had to move right before Yard Dogs Road Show took the stage. We had to stand up for their entire performance. That wasn't a good thing.

    Unique and awesome show!

by Anonymous on 10/5/10Masquerade - Atlanta

This was a really great show, and also very unique. There was a great mixture of sword swallowing, song, dance, and comedy among others. The costumes and props were visually appealing, and the music was a lot of fun as well. The only bad thing I would have to say about this show was that there was another concert going on upstairs that at times threatened to drown out their performance (which was not nearly as loud- or obnoxious- as the show upstairs). All in all I would have to say this was vaudeville at its finest.
