    A Spectacular Event

by Bertaboo on 3/27/24Centre Bell - Montreal

The Bell Center in Montreal was the venue.for the World Figure Skating Championships. No matter where you sit, you have a great view of the skaters. It was a treat to see the greatest skaters from all over the world in this competition. It was an unforgettable experience and the audience was very supportive of all the skaters with their applause and cheers. I would gladly go again!!

Tickets could have been less expensive

by Timawicla on 3/27/24Centre Bell - Montreal

I am a future skating fan so I course I thought it was fantastic. What made me sad was the amount of empty seats… Would it not be better to sell at a lower price tag and sell all tickets than to have at least a third of the arena empty? More money would be made with a full house…. Just a thought

    Artistry on Ice

by Seiji on 3/27/24Centre Bell - Montreal

Anyone who has donned ice skates knows that it is not easy to learn to glide effortlessly on ice--most of us never do so, though we can imagine what is must feel and look like. The World Ice Skating Championships give us the opportunity to live vicariously through the many competitors who devote their lives to making art on ice. Our seats in the second row center of the mezzanine at the Bell Center were good ones, though the seats were small and offered limited leg space. We did find the lighting of the rink to be low and the signage indicating ways other than stairs to get to the second level was sparse. Still, the ease of purchasing tickets, getting into and out of the arena, and the friendliness of staff worked well. Scheduling was precise and allowed us to come an go as needed over several days. All in all, it was well worth driving 4.5 hours to attend. Bravo to all who competed!

Great event - not a good venue

by SJ on 3/27/24Centre Bell - Montreal

This was an outstanding event but the Bell Crntre failed for accessibility. Telling attendees the only option to exit is stairs is horrifying. When I challenged and indicated that wasn’t legal they admitted they have 1 elevator but ‘the wait will be hours’. Why discriminate against people with mobility challenges? Bell Centre needs an accessibility audit. Bathrooms were also horrible!

    Beautiful athletic skating event

by Barb on 3/27/24Centre Bell - Montreal

Loved the choreography and costumes. The skaters are unbelievable artists and athletes whose performances melded with their selected music. An event of a lifetime!

    Too expensive

by SF on 3/27/24Centre Bell - Montreal

The price of the tickets was too high. Also, my seat was blocked on the day and my seat was changed.

    Amazing skating

by Skating Fan on 3/27/24Centre Bell - Montreal

For anybody who loves figure skating, Worlds is a dream come true. The event was very organized, right down to the minutes. My only issue with the event was the venue. The seats and views were great, but skating fans arrive at the rink to watch practices in the morning and stay until the events are over in the evening. The schedule is so packed that there is only about an hour between events, which doesn't leave enough time to leave and have a meal. Bell Centre has tons of great concession stands - I've seen them open during other events! But at Worlds, we were stuck with hotdogs, poutine, and pizza (when they didn't run out of pizza!). Please, for future events, consider opening some healthier options! You have the locations. Open them up. Fried foods for 4 days is not a great option for anyone. To be honest, after day 2, I started smuggling in food for the 12-hour days. Salad packs stuffed inside my jacket. Paninis in my mitten. I just couldn't bear the thought of eating another tray of fries...

    Beautiful skating

by Skating lover on 3/27/24Centre Bell - Montreal

I loved both parts of the show, the ice dancers and the men. I was disappointed that my seat in Section 118 row P had an obstruction - a large cable - that split my view in 2. And that with paying quite a hefty price for the ticket. Still extremely enjoyable and magical.
