This concert was way better than I anticipated. I almost skipped it but a friend encouraged me to go and wow did they impress! So much talent here. between the piano, the singers, the impromptu entertainment... I thoroughly enjoyed myself and got to meet them in person and they were very kind also! A+++ would go again!
This was such an amazing event! William did not disappoint! The whole show was so personable with both singing guests too. It was as if we were all friends and just hanging, having a good time. It was such a great show, that I wanted friends and family to see them perform. The only disappointing thing was I did have family travel two hrs to what the website said was the next show location, Richfield, only to find out it was canceled and nothing had been posted on the website. But would definitely attend another performance!!
Absolutely loved the William Joseph concert with Daniel Emmet and Amy Manford. It was high quality, playful, professional, excellent singing and instrumentals. I would absolutely go again! I would have liked to heard more piano pieces from William. The drummer was great, but he drowned out the piano music, which is what I came to see. Similar situation with some of the other instruments. The Morrison Center seems to have had this issue on the stage as well, where the lead's mics are too low and they can not be heard over everything else, including music. Turn up the voices and turn up the volume on the main, key players. Let the background and supporting sounds be background sounds. Even with this issue, I would go see those three performers again. Such a fun show!
William Joseph is an excellent performer, so talented to be able to compose songs on the fly. Would I see him again? Yes!
He's humble, attractive, and a musical genius. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening with William Joseph. He not only played old favorites, but new unpublished songs, throwing in a mix of good humor and stories, as well. It was FABULOUS!!!! I will continue to go and invite friends to his concerts, so that they too can experience his talent.
