    Needs Improvement

by GeeWhizAgain on 5/25/10Cramton Auditorium - Washington

The play was not good, the first two scenes were ok, but it was down hill from there. The barbershop scenes should be eliminated they added nothing but confusion. The writer may have Tyler Perry type dreams and I hope they come true but the script needs work, and the plot should at least attemp to answer the question... Why do Men Cheat. The producers need to seek some constructive feedback from professionals and make improvements. The title is great and ponders an age old question, but the plot and the story line should tie into the reason why.

    Why Men Cheat

It was a good play, of course these things really happen. It is a shame when individuals feel that they cannot be by themselves for long periods of time. Remember karma is a.... The ending was a surprising and a little confusing twist to it and had you thinking. I just wish they had better microphones. It was nice to have Glenn Jones and Divine sing also before the play that was unexpected but nice. Let me know when the other version is out because I am there!

It was awful. Bad singing, bad acting and the sound system needs improvement.

Good show!!!! A little lengthy on the back end, and the sound could have been a little better. Other than that...funny with a good plot, good talent, and good interaction with the audience.

    needs work

by DBostic on 5/21/10Cramton Auditorium - Washington

As a new author, I understood what he was trying to do but this play needs work!!! There were too many disconnections and inconsistencies. A couple of things were unnecessary and totally unbelievable. No doctor is going to pull a bottle of pills out of her purse and hand them to you. I was curious about why do men really cheat. I don't think DNA has anything to do with it. Yes I got the daddy connection and we learn by example, etc but aren't there other reasons. It was nice to have a night out with a good friend and I'm glad the price wasn't too high because I was really disappointed. This needs to go back to the drawing board. It was too long and too many unresolved issues. Hard to follow at times
