    Abslolutely Terrible

by RJHUNT on 5/11/10Macon City Auditorium - Macon

This was the worst play I have ever seen. It started late. The headliner left before the show began. The comedian was not funny. They attempted to keep one of the acts on stage and proceeded to ask if anyone in the audience wanted to sing. The auditorium was nearly empty. I guess they knew something I didn't.

    Quality

by Twosome on 5/10/10Macon City Auditorium - Macon

Because the sound system was not of good quality, the play started out boring and uninteresting. Why? Because it was difficult to understand, and in some cases hear, what was being said. At one point during the first half of the play, like about eight others in the same section, I started to leave but I stayed until half-time. Some even tried to get a refund but was unsuccessful. I believe that if the entire audience, not just the ones in the front rows, could hear all the actors, the play would have received better feedback from the audience. I drove 90 miles and stayed in a hotel; therefore, I felt my time, money and gas was wasted.

    Great title.... horrible production!!!!!!

by JUST4TB on 5/10/10Macon City Auditorium - Macon

This was the worst play I have ever been to in my life! My husband and I try to support most events that come to Macon...but we were totally disappointed. The main character Christopher Williams was a no-show. The MC said he was there but had left....why? There was a major delay in starting the play and too much feedback from microphones. This is something I expect to see at a school play not at Macon Auditorium. Not worth the money I spent and not professional production at all very amateur. It was so bad that my husband and I left before it was over....
