Super fun. Brought my disabled sister because she LOVES Wheel of Fortune. My family and I had a wonderful time. I don’t remember I saw my older sister so happy either, so that was a major plus. The whole experience was a lot of fun. I would go again!
I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was a pretty lame production. The poor quality sound system at the theater certainly didn't help, as the audience chatter generally drowned out the audio during the in-audience puzzles. As for the show, the contestants were poor, but I understand that this can happen with a random contestant draw like this... however, why would someone register as a potential contestant if you have no idea how to play W of F? They really made things go terribly SLOW due to the lack of understanding of the basic concepts of how to solve a W of F puzzle. The hosts were fine, but they struggled to make this move along. All in all, pretty underwhelming.
Overall, it was an entertaining experience, but I couldn’t help but be struck by the low budget value of the prizes. The host and cohost did an excellent job. And the venue handled the event well.
Paid for VIP experience as a gift to my parents- zero VIP experience given. They received nothing different than anyone else. No spin of the wheel or onstage experience. No lanyards or merchandise- said they would ship in an email sent. My parents were given no instructions let alone treated like a VIP. They took 2 1/2 hrs and only had 7 contestants- I mean $190 a ticket for what !?
It was def fun :-) esp. from the "Front Row Center Seat"( I had the PERFECT seat, thx FAM !) but since we were not guaranteed to go on stage, which I did NOT make it :-( we could have gotten some other WOF Live opportunity i.e. message under our seats for 1 special WOF front rower to get merch, to get a small token just for having Front Row Seats, really for all of us. That would have made it more Exciting & feel like we were getting something for the premium price$. Also more random ticket stub drawings in between sets so everyone would have more of a chance, instead of host just picking who he liked. Overall it was a great "quasi WOF "experience! 1 Last suggestion for "Front Rowers"to have a super opportunity: at a drawing of all those that occupied Front Row seats at each show location, to go into a random drawing for a chance to "AUDITION"for the real W-O-F show !!!! That would be So Awesome
I really like the way you did this event. The only thing that may have helped would be give contestants the value of their points they spun.
The show actually started with the audience warm-up earlier that 730pm, so I'm glad we weren't late. It was a lot of fun and exciting to see people win, and possibly win yourself! I would do it again!
he show was better than expected. The Mc's were great and really kept everyone engaged. you should have advertised this more.
This is not WoF played live. No Pat or Vanna. This is the B Team of hosts and a letter turner doing a scaled down show. It was fun,.but I don't recommend it.
