    A Must-See Performance!

by Mary C on 10/17/23Ames Center - Burnsville

This show captures the emotion of the Vietnam era through music, video and real-live vets. It was absolutely wonderful! I can't wait to take some of my friends to see and experience it. It was so well done and even emotional at times. Don't even get me started on the guitar solo - a must-see performance you'll never forget.

I absolutely loved this concert I thought you did an amazing job all of you. when I started out my over 20 year military career in the 1980s my leader ship were Vietnam veterans. And I heard a lot of amazing and hard stories. I thought of them again and did a heartfelt thanks as I listen to this fantastic show

    Awsome Performance

by ExAF on 10/16/23Ames Center - Burnsville

This was a fantastic show. It was a blend of great music, patriotism and memories. The play list was spot on for the period and brought back so many memories of my youth. The Fabulous Armadillos are overflowing with talent. I'll be sure to see it again next time they're performing.

Great show! Loved the venue, set list. Performance was superb! Very meaningful tribute to the soldiers that fought in Vietnam and those lost and the painful memories those that returned go through.

    Stellar, amazing, incredible!

by CJ on 10/16/23Ames Center - Burnsville

This was a fantastic show from A - Z. The songs, the musicians and the singers were phenomenal! Add to that the incredible video footage. And the true stars of the show were three veterans adding their personal narration. Just an amazing show!

    Not worth the money spent!

by Ochsner on 3/1/16Island View Casino - Gulfport

Lead singer hummed when he didn't know the words. Last 50 minutes of Marvin songs and another 10 minutes of Sam Cooke song. Not worth the money spent for the tickets. Still would have been disappointed if the tickets were comps.

What's Going On is a Good Time!

by ShakNali on 11/9/15Tralf - Buffalo

We've seen this terrific Marvin Gaye concert twice now at the Tralf and it just keeps getting better. The concert is not a "tribute" or "interpretation"; this is the music the way it was originally written and performed. The four singers - Rick, Bri, Chelsea and Harold - have wonderful voices and each do songs that play to their strengths. There is a good-sized band, with brass, drums, percussion, keyboard, guitars, cello and violins, and they are all very talented. More than once I thought I could just close my eyes and feel like I was listening to the original performers -- but I didn't want to miss a moment of the fun. And believe me, it is a fun night! You might be surprised at how many great songs you recognize, and in the second half especially the performers relax and really start to swing. You could tell they were enjoying themselves and loving the crowd. The nightclub atmosphere made everything seem more friendly too. I hope they will be back at the Tralf again soon and I highly recommend this to everyone.
