Whoever did the booking for this show did an excellent job. Both opening bands were really good. Usually the openers aren't the best, but not for this show! Also Rough Trade is an awesome new venue. Really good sound and a nice size. Small, but not tiny.

by fish8833 on 4/25/14The Basement - ColumbusI was a huge fan of their very acoustic/folky EP. Their new full length album is quite a departure from the EP. Nothing wrong with growing as an artist and going in new directions with each release, but considering the have an EP and one Full length LP, I assumed they would play more than one song from the EP. I'm sure it didn't help that local alternative radio did little to nothing in terms of promoting the show which resulted in about a crowd of 25. Good news, if you love the full length album, then this show is for u.
