It was easy to get it with our tickets on Apple Wallet, the arena was pretty clean. Despite the huge crowds, it seemed to go pretty seamlessly upon entry. Event itself was amazing with our view from Section 208, Row H pretty decent for the first Pay Per View in Pittsburgh in over 5 years. Most if not all of the matches were spectacular, held our attention, and kept us entertained the whole time. The wrestlers did an absolutely amazing job especially with the Pittsburgh Easter eggs and shout-outs during the show.
A couple negatives, the upper rows of spotlights, food portion inconsistency, & ticket purchasing. For some reason, they had spotlights pointing directly out into the crowd and right into our eyes for the entire show. Multiple people around us mentioned the same thing at some point and it obstructed our view as well as messed up pictures.
When my husband and I got french fries from primanti's, we got a stingy little scoop but the person at the register next to us got a mounding scoop. With the prices, the portions should be consistent across registers whether we all got the little scoop or mounding scoop.
Lastly, when I went to purchase the tickets initially, the site wouldn't let me purchase two seats in a better section because it would've left one seat empty. Fast forward to the day of the event and we saw lots of groups of 3 seats empty, I'm assuming from the exact scenario.
