I saw VACO for the first time after listening to some of their tracks online - and WOW! they did not let me down at all. Being a musician, I'm fairly critical, but these guys are energetic, great on stage and very talented. I hope they continue to write quality music and play live!

VACO rocked as usual. They always bring great opening acts. I like going to shows at The Birchmere because there are seats. I'm beyond the age of not caring that I have to stand for 4 hours to see a show.

I was originally supposed to attend this concert in February but it was snowed out and postponed until April. My tickets were held at Will Call. When we arrived for the concert, I picked up the tickets which were still printed with Elizabeth and the Catapult, but when we got inside, we started noticing posters for that night without Elizabeth and Catapult mentioned. We asked what was going on and we were told Elizabeth and the Catapult had canceled and they had been replaced by some local duo. We were only there to see Elizabeth, the replacement band sucked, and the new "headliner" (promoted from opening for Elizabeth) wasn't much better. All it all, it was extremely disappointing and I would really like my money back.
