If there's one thing I can say about the performance, it was certainly unique. It wasn't at all what I expected. Telling the story through a living puppet show was a very creative idea. I could see the effort that went into the costume design (especially Nana's) and conveying the narrative mostly through the motions. I can definitely recommend it.
A lovely story for children but adults will likely be bored.
Great costumes, clear story line, pertinent songs. This show was an utter delight. My four year old granddaughter and I loved it.
Great play! Our five year old loved it...and so did we! We travel almost 2 hours each way to see shows at Tilles. They have always been great.
The performance of The Velveteen Rabbit was exceptional. The use of puppetry was very clever and very much enjoyed by my 4 year old granddaughter. However, the speakers on the stage blocked the view of many of the little ones. I thought I purchased very good seats in Row D and it turned out that my granddaughter had to sit on my lap in order to see.
