On-site parking is available at a fee in the range of $5.00 per car. There is ample parking around the building. There is also valet parking usually available.

Tickets may be picked-up when doors open. Customers must present two forms of ID, including a photo, plus the actual card used to purchase the tickets.

No outside food or beverage allowed. Concession available-alcohol available. Cameras are on a per event basis. Age limits and dress code on a per event basis. Smoking is permitted in the main ballroom and first floor bar. Smoking is prohibited everywhere else.

Children Rules:

Children allowed in building on a per event basis. Rates to be determined. Ages 10 and younger are considered children. Children 2 years and younger are free.
